We also provide both optical and medical eye examinations, whether you have a vision issue that can be managed with a prescription, or a medical condition such as sore or dry eyes that requires treatment or a referral to a specialist. Our therapeutically qualified optometrist can prescribe ocular medications for conditions such as anterior uveitis, conjunctivitis, glaucoma and red eye.

COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAMS
Booking in regular eye exams is so important as it helps us to detect any eye problems at their earliest stage. We’ll thoroughly assess all aspects of your vision and eye health, screening for the five major causes of vision loss - refractive error (such as myopia and hyperopia - short and long-sightedness), cataract, glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic eye disease.
Advanced technology
We’re equipped with the latest in advanced eye testing technologies and diagnostic tools, such as our Topcon Maestro M2 dual OCT and Retinal Digital Photo instrument, the gold standard when it comes to diagnosing and monitoring glaucoma. By taking detailed 3D images of the internal structures of the eye and measuring your entire scope of vision, we can detect and diagnose eye conditions much earlier & determine where in your visual system the problem is.
Contact lens fittings
Contact lenses have come a long way and there are now a wide range of materials and prescriptions available. We prescribe disposable and conventional contact lenses by the leading brands such as Alcon, Cooper Vision, Johnson & Johnson, and Bausch + Lomb. You can try them on for size with trial lenses and we’ll take you through the process of handling and caring for your lenses.
Children’s vision assessments
We care for families and children of all ages. While children usually have routine developmental eye checks from infancy, problems can often be missed. A comprehensive eye exam by an experienced optometrist is recommended so we can identify any issues early on and give your child the best start.
Advanced technology
All our frames and lenses come with an unconditional 2 year warranty, and we carry out our own fitting and dispensing onsite in our workshop. This means better quality workmanship and a quicker turnaround so you’re not without your glasses for long.
